Our Story
Emerson's Coffee is one of the best coffee shops in Hickory. A trip to Valley Hills Mall is not complete without stopping in for an excellent cup of gourmet coffee or an espresso drink and a tasty muffin or dessert. Take home a pound of fresh, gourmet coffee beans or have them ground by one of our baristas. Either way, it'll be the freshest, best coffee experience of your day.

and mature individual who loves everything about making and serving coffee, including DRINKING it!
We are a small specialty shop with a great menu that includes fresh roasted drip coffee, classic espresso drinks, and tea accompanied by a few select pastry and small treat items. Our beans are from excellent direct-trade roasters, who ALSO grow coffee with over 90 years experience. Top notch products. Aesthetically pleasing ambiance to compliment quality of offerings. No drama. No nonsense. Just really good coffee.
